Sistem Informasi Pengajuan Kerjasama Berbasis Web Pada Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Sebelas Maret
Nama Sistem : SIKASI (SISTEM INFORMASI KERJASAMA SEKOLAH VOKASI)
Dalam SIKASI memili 4 aktor diantaranya yaitu :
1. Admin => Yang mengelola seluruh master data
2. Dosen => Sebagai aktor utama yang mengajukan kerjasama
3. Reviewer => Sebagai review berkas dokumen pengajuan
4. Verifikator => Yang bertugas untuk memverifikasi setiap perubahan status proses pengajuan kerjasama
SIKASI digunakan untuk proses pengajuan kerjasama yang dilakukan oleh dosen yag berada di lingkungan sekolah vokasi.
Terdapat 2 jenis pengajuan kerjasama yang dapat diajukan yaitu PKS dan MoU. Yang membedakan dari keduanya yaitu template dokumen pengajuan
beserta alur proses pengajuan kerjasama. Dimana untuk kerjasama MoU tidak perlu melalui proses review oleh BPU.
Selain digunakan untuk pengajuan kerjasama sistem informasi ini digunakan untuk memonitoring status pengajuan kerjasama
dimana memiliki banyak status pengajuan dalam setiap pengajuanya, dan dosen akan menerima email setiap perubahan status dalam pengajuanya.
Sistem Informasi ini juga dapat memudahkan pihak SV untuk mengetahui rangkuman pengajuan kerjasama yang dilakukan oleh setiap prodi.
